Sorry for being a Procrastinator

I know i know i should be hanged for leaving my loyal readers on the cliff and not writing in almost 3 months. i shall begin by apologizing for not writing. not too awful much has went on since my last post except for the fact that i made employee of the month for April. And i have a new calling in the ward as the Food Committee Chairman, let just say we will have a humdinger of a time in that calling i have two great councilors with me in the position in which i think will bring out a different side of me. Congratulations to Bill Self and Pat Summit for reaching the Pinnacle of there illustrious careers in winning the Men and Women's College Basketball Tournaments Respectively. This was the first mothers day without my mom and it was a rough time but i survived and now I will move on i am going on vacation on May 23 back to my sunny homeland in Kentucky and won't return until June 1st... Readers Beware i might not post until then but if not then you will know that i am thinking about all of you and that i will be back and no it will not take me 3 months to write. so that is all for now i will be checking back in from time to time to see how everyone is doing.

Bon Voyage

A new Era of "Cards"

Hello my loyal readers and hope to be soon new readers, boy let me tell you 02-09-2008 is a day that will live in the history books today was a semi-ok day at work but i work at sprint so i don't think you can have a great day...... Then....... I went out to eat at Joe's Crab Shack in which the food was delicious.... then we went and saw "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins" I laughed so hard i cried that is one of my top ten movies it was great....... And the highlight of the night and thus the title for this blog my Home team the Louisville Cardinals had a shaky first half to come back and upset the Hoyas of Georgetown University........ Congrats to Pitino and the staff at UofL and I believe this is a final 4 caliber team this year in march madness. Well enough for my soapbox for tonight i am tired and ecstatic all at the same time

Peace Out

A sad but glorious day in the life of a latter day saint youth and young adult

On Feb. 2nd 2008 i was in mourning and in a state of ease as Prophet, Seer, and Revelator Gordon B. Hinckley was laid to rest. this was the prophet when i became a member of the True Church in 2001. President Hinckley was a mentor to the youth of the church and to people all around the world, Sunday night on 01-27-2008 once i received the news of the prophets' passing i felt a sense of misdirection no where to go in life how can someone not knowing a figure in person have so much admiration and love as i did for the prophet. this is my testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and prophets. I know that Christ lives I know that heavenly father chose the right son to come down and give us his free agency and eventually die on the cross for our transgressions. I also know that President Joseph Smith and even the prophets down the line Including Gordon Bitner Hinckley, and the next prophet to succeed President Hinckley, was, are and forever will be true prophets of the lord, i don't bear my testimony as often as i should but for the loyal readers that read this will have a better understanding of my feelings. And i know that Gordon is just as busy there proselyting to the ones who have passed on from this probationary state and hope that my mother will heed to the council of the prophets and others who are teaching the gospel. And i say this in the name of our lord and savior and my redeemer Jesus Christ amen.
